Harbour Island is known as the number one tourist destination in the Caribbean. Its pink sandy beaches, the fact that it is so small and welcoming, and most importantly, warm and friendly people are a constant reminder of what I love about Home.
LIFE'S AMBITITIONS
Everyone in life has a purpose. In finding my purpose I discovered that my passion lies in the social, educational and medical development of children. With these skills I intend to pursue a career in Pediatrics.
HOBBIES
Harbour Island - with its captivating tranquility - has influenced my hobbies; the basic simplicities of paradise. Beaching, meeting people, experiencing different cultures, fishing, reading and most recently, crocheting.
MY GOALS IN LIFE
My short term goal is to represent the Bahamas nationally and internationally as Miss Bahamas World and my ultimate goal is to become a Pediatrician and play a significant role in improving the choices of our young people. I intend to educating them on the dangers of STD's and AIDS and crime, while ensuring they obtain the best health care.
MY BEST ASSET IS
My daily ability to have a positive and uplifting attitude at all times allows me to be an optimistic person; always seeing the glass half full rather than half empty. Even under the worst circumstances, I have the skill to overcome any obstacle I'm faced with.

THE MOVIE (AND/OR BOOK) THAT MOST INFLUENCED MY LIFE
The Ten Commandments has influenced my life thus far. As a child I was taught values and morals from a biblical perspective. The Ten Commandments has outlined the standards of which we all should live. If we uplift them daily there would be no war, peace would be the norm of the day. There would be no hunger, the Ten Commandments teach us to be our brother's keepers.
WHO I WOULD LIKE TO MEET AND WHY
As a humanitarian and entrepreneur Oprah Winfrey is the person I admire most and would like to meet. Oprah Winfrey went from rags to riches and represents the true meaning of struggle. She stands as the richest single woman in America. She owns one of the most popular and successful talk shows as well as her own studio, Harpo and the O Magazine. I am most inspired by the schools she established in Africa to help educate children that were not able to get an education. Oprah is without a doubt the definition of a phenomenal woman that is why I would like to meet her.
I AM MOTIVATED BY
The innocence of smiling faces and hopeful futures in children motivates me to be a positive role model for young people and to help lead and guide them to become productive citizens and ensure a better tomorrow for our Bahamas and the World.
WHAT I WOULD LIKE THE JUDGES TO KNOW ABOUT ME IS
I represent the true meaning of an island girl, beautiful, intellectual; with a strong fetish for good, down home cooking. Crab soup with Banana dough-boy sets a warm and mellow mood for my entire day. Don't be surprised if you find me climbing the trees picking sapodillas.
MY COMMUNITY SERVICE/ACHIEVEMENTS ARE
I am a mentor for the students of Harbour Island All Age School, advancing educational goals; I dedicate countless hours assisting with Homework, reading and encouraging children to strive for excellence because I believe reading takes you around the World. I also use the gift that God gave me to model for non-profit organizations like B.A.S.R.A in order to raise funds.
