There are so many wonderful things that I love about my Bahamaland. Some of the most outstanding things would be our beautiful sun, sand, and sea; our scrumptious Bahamian dishes such as Crab & Rice, Conch fritters and the infamous conch salad; and most definitely our Bahamian music, not failing to mention our legendary Junkanoo parades which are held sporadically year round. This parade plays an important role in the development of our Bahamian culture

My life’s ambition is to one day own a chain of pharmacies both locally and internationally.
HOBBIES
My hobbies include reading, (keeping abreast of local and international events), writing poetry and spending time with family and close friends.

My goals in life are to some day soon earn by Bachelor of Arts degree in pharmacology with a minor in business management and administration.

The book that is most influential in my life is “It takes a village” by Hillary Clinton, and the movie that has influenced ne the most is “The imitation of life”.
WHO I WOULD LIKE TO MEET AND WHY
I would love to meet Condeleeza Rice. She is the epitome of a strong, black, intelligent, independent young woman - one who strives for noting but perfection. She is indeed my role model!

My motivation comes from within. I am motivated by my flaws and errors. I am inspired by my creativity, and in my mind I know that I will never let myself down.

I would like the judges to know that I am a firm and respectful young woman who takes time and pride in everything that I do.
MY COMMUNITY SERVICE/ACHIEVEMENTS ARE
In 2002, I was voted Lt. Governor of Key Club. While holding this title, my duties were to organize various community service projects in aid of helping those less fortunate.
